The Sport Performance Institute & Fitness Center is housed in our newly renovated, state-of-the art 6,000 sq. foot facility. We have the latest specialized, commercial grade training equipment, weights, and cardio fitness machines of any facility. Specific Ski Training Equipment, Vertimax (Cord Resistive Training), Sport Cross Training, free weights, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, treadmills, nautilus machinery, body master precore and stretching mats.We also have locker rooms with showers as well as full amenities.
