With a focus on the areas of tennis, golf, soccer, baseball, basketball, running, cycling and triathlon, instruction is provided in the fields of physical conditioning, mental conditioning, injury prevention, and nutrition. Our intensive programs are constructed and delivered based upon the needs of the athlete. The goal is to improve the individual's athletic performance through strength/power and movement training. We try to maximize efficiency of the athlete with training sessions designed to help improve the individual's weaknesses and help increase athleticism. We also offer VO2 Max testing and custom training programs based on results.Pre-hab exercises concentrate on reducing the injuries most common to a particular sport and/or position. These exercises are derived from the athletes kinetic chain assessment injury history. The purpose of the Pre-hab exercises are: Reduce of injuries, Improve Posture, Enhance Balance, Improve Stability and Joint Mobility.
