Location/Facility

 

Sport Performance Institute & Fitness Center is located on Laguna Canyon Road in the picturesque seaside community of Laguna Beach, Calif. The 6,000-square-foot facility includes top-of-the-line treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, recumbent bikes, Precor machines, free weights, resistance machines, Smith machines, Olympic-lifting areas, stretching/yoga mats, functional fitness equipment, sport-specific cross-training gear, physical rehab amenities, treatment tables and more.

 

 

Plus, within SPI, you’ll find exercise classes, sport-enhancement coaching, group training and more to enhance your fitness experience!

 

The locker room facilities are complete with showers, restrooms, lockers, a lounge area and complimentary amenities including lotions, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers and more.
